captures Chef Aom’s joyful, curious approach to cooking. This intimate space showcases dishes inspired by her childhood journey and the flavors that shaped her. It also reflects her commitment to sustainability, creatively reusing ingredients from KHAAN to minimize waste and honor their full value.

Experience her story through thoughtfully crafted set menus starting from 1,000 THB per person. All menus must be ordered in advance, as we prepare fresh ingredients daily from our local farmer friends and fishing communities in Rayong, Krabi, and Ranong. This dining zone is exclusively available by advance reservation only.

Our test kitchen, located next to KHAAN Bangkok on the 2nd floor, is where Chef Aom dedicates her time to crafting new dishes and exploring fresh culinary concepts.
