KHAAN Bangkok is proud to have participated in the Tatler Phuket Dining Festival 2025, a prestigious celebration of Thailand’s culinary and cultural diversity held on 30-31 May 2025. This festival was presented under the theme ‘Green Gastronomy’, highlighting sustainable dining and local community-based ingredients, in partnership with Tatler Asia (Thailand) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
In a true honor, KHAAN Bangkok was selected to create a special one-night-only collaborative dinner with Chef Atanu Nath of Su Va Na Phuket, hosted at their stunning underwater-inspired dining venue. Chef Aom Sujira Pongmorn joined forces with Chef Atanu to craft an exclusive tasting menu that brought together the coastal essence of Phuket and the bold flavors of KHAAN.
This collaboration is a continuation of KHAAN’s mission to present Thai heritage cuisine in modern, elevated form while supporting sustainable practices and local producers. The dinner was a standout event in the festival’s program and received glowing feedback from guests and culinary leaders alike.
Elevating Thai Gastronomy Through Collaboration
This event reflects KHAAN Bangkok’s commitment to elevating Thai gastronomy not only within our restaurant but beyond its walls — by building meaningful collaborations across regions and disciplines.
Chef Aom shared:
“At KHAAN, we believe Thai cuisine has endless stories to tell. Collaborating with Su Va Na allowed us to connect our Bangkok identity with the rhythm and richness of Phuket. It’s a beautiful opportunity to push boundaries while staying grounded in tradition.”
